Documenting Client Care

Documenting client care is essential for ensuring the well-being of the clients you serve. This page serves as your primary resource to help you accurately and correctly submit all necessary documentation.

All HHFHH employees MUST submit a Daily Timesheet AND a OCDD Progress Note, CCW Progress Note, or LTC Progress Note, depending on the client's plan of care.
